S-319 Shank Hook | Forged Long Shank Hooks
S-319 Shank Hook is also called forged long shank hooks with latch, shank hoist hooks, which are drop forged, and then quenched and tempered. As for the material, there’s carbon steel, alloy steel for choices. The surface can be painted or galvanized upon request. It’s widely in the lifting & hoisting industry. These drop forged hooks passed the fatigue test and break load test. The Sizes can bespoke.

- Proof test: 2.5 times working load limit, Ultimate Load is 4times WLL for alloy steel, 5 times for carbon steel
- Fit for EN818-2 G80 chains
- Inspection: 100% Magnetic Powder Flaw Detection, 100% of the pin should be tested to ensure that they have the same hardness
- Finish: Painting or galvanized
- Application: connecting chains, master links, or swivels in the lifting industry
